Using over 420 tons of raw product material per month Ranch Hand pumps out quality, durable truck truck grille guards, front end replacement bumpers and other truck accessories for Ford, Chevy, GMC, Dodge, Toyota and Jeep vehicles. When the raw material is processed the truck accessories begin to take shape.
Ranch Hand has 2 pipe and 2 plate plasma cutters that run 24 hours a day. As well as 2 benders and tourette press technology, which loads punches and unloads sheet metal at up to 360 hits per minute. This process makes manufacturer-specific grill inserts. There’s no expanded metal used here!
Ranch Hand uses robot and manual welders to fit the product together for laser accurate precision for all ranch hand bumpers and other truck accessories. The product is processed through a blasting machine which applies 1 ton of grit per minute, which removes all foreign matter. Then the product is run through advanced powder coating line which includes 8 paint guns, then on to manual painters that go over seams and welds to ensure a durable glossy finish and even coat.
